Why we built it
The big graduate schemes take thousands of applicants for a handful of places, decided by online tests before a human sees you. Meanwhile, thousands of small local companies would happily take on a sharp student for the summer — they just never advertise it, and nobody thinks to ask them.
Nearside closes that gap. It finds the small, local companies worth working for, researches each one, and helps you send a genuinely personal email — the kind that lands with a founder who reads their own inbox and can simply say yes.
How we're different
- A real free tier. You can find companies and draft emails without a card. We'd rather you try it than take our word for it.
- It's your relationship. Emails send from your own inbox, and replies come straight to you — not through us.
- Personal, not spam. Every email references what a company actually does. We build for quality outreach, never mass blasting.
- Honest by design. No fake testimonials, no invented stats, no dark patterns. If we can't stand behind a claim, we don't make it.
